Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Contract

Your booking with WWTC becomes a binding contract upon our confirmation and receipt of the required deposit.

You represent and warrant that the person placing the booking is authorized to act on behalf of all travelers involved.
2. Payment Terms
-
Advance Deposit: 30–50% of total quote required to secure your booking (depending on type and timing).

Balance Payment: Due prior to travel—typically 7 to 24 days in advance; details provided in booking confirmation.
-
Card payments may incur processing fees (e.g. 3% extra).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be informed in writing or via email.

Refunds are determined as per the timelines below:

30+ days prior to travel: refund less 10%

15–29 days prior: refund less 25–30%
-
7–14 days prior: refund less 50–60%
-
Less than 7 days or no‑show: no refund.

Cancellation charges reflect policies of hotels, airlines, and suppliers, which may apply in addition.
-
No refund for unused portions of a confirmed itinerary.
4. Amendments & Changes

If you request changes (e.g., itinerary, services) post-booking, amendment fees may apply based on supplier policies.

We aim to accommodate reasonable changes, if logistically possible.
5. Itinerary & Services
-
Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or operator availability.

WWTC reserves the right to modify plans for safety or convenience, without liability for resulting changes.
6. Liability & Insurance

WWTC acts as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators); their terms apply.

We are not responsible for delays, sickness, accidents, or loss due to third-party services or events beyond control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for cancelled or undelivered services.

Travel insurance is not included — clients are strongly advised to purchase adequate coverage independently.
7. Travel Documents & Visa

Clients must hold valid passports (minimum six months’ validity), visas, health or immigration certificates as required.

If travel is canceled due to invalid/missing documents, applicable cancellation policy applies; WWTC is not responsible for visa denials.
8. Baggage & Conduct
-
Clients are responsible for personal belongings during travel.
-
Prohibited items (e.g. drugs, inflammables) are not allowed; violation may result in enforcement per law.

Disruptive behavior may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Price Changes & Surcharges
-
Costs may increase due to fuel hikes, taxes, or currency fluctuation—WWTC may pass on such surcharges.

Rates are based on current pricing at the time of quote; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
10. Communication & Notifications

By booking, you consent to receive service-related updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or call.

Marketing messages are sent only with explicit prior consent.
11. Force Majeure

WWTC is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, war, or civil unrest.
12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in [Insert City, India].

Clients are advised to contact WWTC first; unresolved disputes may be escalated to appropriate consumer forums.
13. Intellectual Property

All content on the WWTC website—text, images, logos—is the property of WWTC or licensed partners.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
14. Policy Changes

WWTC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The updated version will be published with an effective date.

Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance of new terms.
